Why do I need an Assessment before private session?

A thorough assessment includes a discussion about your health history, fitness goals, any injuries or medical conditions you may have according to your pre-filled Enrolment Form and your current level of physical fitness.

Your posture, flexibility, strength, and movement patterns as well as core control, spine articulation and joint mobility in various plane of movement as well as structural alignment in a number of functional activities will be assessed. It helps to tailor the pilates program to your individual needs.

In the assessment session will also include various fundamental exercises using different equipment to introduce Pilates principles. Equipment safety will be briefed as well to ensure a safe and effective pilates practice.

If Studio and Private session are both with personalised program, what should I choose?

The decision between attending a Studio session and a Private session with personalized programs depends on your specific preferences and needs. Here are some factors to consider when making your choice:

  1. Personalization: Both Studio and Private sessions offer personalized programs, but the extent of customization may vary. In a Private session, the program is tailored specifically to your individual preferences, interests, and goals and tackle the weakness according to the Assessment session or problems in the Enrolment Form. In contrast, a Studio session may offer some level of personalization, but it may be more generalized to accommodate a group of participants.

  2. Privacy: Private sessions provide a more intimate setting where you can focus solely on your goals without distractions from other participants. If privacy is important to you, a Private session may be the better option. However, if you enjoy the dynamics of group interactions and discussions, a Studio session could be more appealing.

  3. Cost: Private sessions typically come with a higher price tag due to the exclusive nature of the experience and the personalized attention provided. Studio sessions, on the other hand, may be more cost-effective since the expenses are shared among multiple participants. Consider your budget when making your decision.

  4. Availability: Private sessions may have more flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your specific availability. Studio sessions usually have set schedules that you'll need to work around.

  5. Learning Style: Consider your preferred learning style and how you thrive in different environments. If you enjoy one-on-one interactions and personalized guidance, a Private session may be more suitable. If you prefer the energy and diversity of group discussions, a Studio session might be a better fit.

Please feel free to evaluate the factors mentioned above to determine which option aligns best with your needs. Also I would recommend individuals to attend a couple of Private sessions then convert to Studio especially you are not on rehab or post-injuries.

If there isn't any Studio session fitting your schedule, do not hesitate to make a suggestion to me via Contact Us or Whatsapp. I will look for opportunity to gather valid private cilents forming a regular Studio class in order to save overall cost for each of you meanwhile keeping personalized Pilates classes to achieve  your personal goals.

Can I come as couple or with a friend to do a duet private session?

Yes. It is more cost-effetive for you but individual assessment session prior to the appointment is needed for each of you which is vital for tailoring according to individual needs and current fitness condition.
