Definitions

  1. "PilatesMed" refers to the Pilates studio at Langdon Court & The Foundry Clinic and its operators.
  2. "Website" refers to PilatesMed's online platform accessible at pilatesmed.co.uk
  3. "Services" refers to the Pilates classes, appointment, course and any other offerings provided by PilatesMed.

 

Services

  1. PilatesMed offers various Pilates classes, courses, and appointment.
  2. All services are provided subject to availability.

 

Bookings and Payments

  1. All bookings must be made through PilatesMed's website/app or via authorised booking channels.
  2. Payments for services must be made in full prior to attending a class or session.
  3. PilatesMed reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

Cancellations

  1. All classes, sessions and appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, course, session or appointment will result in forfeiture of payment.
  3. Free cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class, session or appointment to receive a credit for a future class, participants need to use credits within the validity period.
  4. PilatesMed reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered. 

 

Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
  2. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class or session without refund.
  3. Participants should arrive on time for classes and respect the space and equipment provided by PilatesMed.
  4. Cell phones should be in silent mode during classes.

 

Health and Safety

  1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to participate in pilates classes or sessions.
  2. Participants should inform PilatesMed of any health conditions or injuries before participating in classes.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during classes and should follow the instructions of the instructor
  4. PilatesMed reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit or at risk of injury.
  5. Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participating in classes or sessions.
  6. Participants must fill out the New Client Form before the class commences.

 

Liability

  1. Participation in Pilates classes or sessions is at the participant's own risk.
  2. PilatesMed and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during classes or while on the premises. 
  3. Participant in classes at their own risk and are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
  4. By participating, participants waive all claims against PilatesMed for any injuries, losses, or damages that may result from the exercise program.

 

Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided by PilatesMed, including but not limited to logos, text, and videos, is the property of PilatesMed and protected by copyright laws.
  2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from PilatesMed.

 

Privacy Policy

PilatesMed respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

 

Personal Belongings

PilatesMed is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings, participants should keep their valuables secure during classes.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions PilatesMed reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions
