What is Studio session?

A studio session in Pilates refers to a session conducted in a Pilates studio under the guidance of a studio equitpment certified Pilates instructor.

 

Unlike group mat Pilates classes that are conducted in larger group settings, studio sessions are often smaller and more personalized, allowing for individualized instruction and attention.

 

During a studio session, a small group of clients max 3 in PilatesMed. Instructor will tailor the session to meet each individual's specific needs, goals, and fitness level. The session may involve the use of various Pilates equipment, such as Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector as well as Mat and other props, depending on individual preferences and goals.

Studio Starter course includes:

1 Assessment + 1 Private + 4 Studio Sessions

Given Studio sessions focusing more on personal needs therefore it is crucial to know individual's current physical condition, movement patterns and specific needs in relation to Pilates practice. 

 

Fitness Screening Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation process designed to assess indivdual's muscles strength as well as flexibility, core control, spine articulation and joint mobility in various plane of movement as well as structural alignment in a number of functional activities. We will have discussion about your health history, fitness goals, any injuries or medical conditions you may have according to your pre-filled Enrolment Form.

 

Base on the assessment, the instructor can develop a customized Pilates program tailored to the individual's specific needs, goals, and abilities. This personalized approach helps ensure a safe and effective Pilates practice that addresses the individual's unique requirements and maximizes the benefits of Pilates for overall health and well-being.
