Given Studio sessions focusing more on personal needs therefore it is crucial to know individual's current physical condition, movement patterns and specific needs in relation to Pilates practice.
Fitness Screening Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation process designed to assess indivdual's muscles strength as well as flexibility, core control, spine articulation and joint mobility in various plane of movement as well as structural alignment in a number of functional activities. We will have discussion about your health history, fitness goals, any injuries or medical conditions you may have according to your pre-filled Enrolment Form.
Base on the assessment, the instructor can develop a customized Pilates program tailored to the individual's specific needs, goals, and abilities. This personalized approach helps ensure a safe and effective Pilates practice that addresses the individual's unique requirements and maximizes the benefits of Pilates for overall health and well-being.
You will only need to sign up Studio Starter course as first time then follow by regular Studio course.
